FDIC Notices: FDIC Deposit Insurance
The FDIC standard maximum deposit insurance amount (SMDIA) has been permanently raised to $250,000 as of July 21, 2010. The FDIC insurance coverage limit applies per depositor, per insured depository institution for each account ownership category.
